Responsibilities:

- Daily inspection and cleaning of the grounds to include the parking lot, roof, and building’s common areas.
- Inventory and organize all building tools and supplies.
- Daily building services including but not limited to bathroom checks, lighting checks, temperature checks, and the necessary adjustments.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the building.
- Test building systems to ensure proper functionality – elevator, building generator, garage exhaust, irrigation, HVAC, etc.
- Shoveling, snow blowing, and de-icing whenever there is winter weather. This requires early starts and late departures to ensure the walkways are accessible and safe.
- Attend to Property Manager and tenant needs as required
- Other ad hoc projects and duties

Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
