Responsibilities for Supply Specialist/ Dining Closing Supervisor

• Train, and supervise dining employees
• Address resident needs, comments, and complaints
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsProcess payroll and maintain all relevant records
• Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Putting away food deliever trucks on deliever days.

• Qualifications for Supply Specialist/ Dining Closing Supervisor

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;
  • Experience in Long-Term Care dining preferred
  • Working knowledge of general dining services operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leaderships skills
  • Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
