HVAC & Maintenance Specialist Position Overview:

As an HVAC Specialist at Heirloom Property Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents by maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across our diverse portfolio of properties. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to creating living spaces that are both comfortable and efficient.

HVAC & Maintenance Specialist Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Conduct general property maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Seasonally help with HVAC emergencies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

HVAC & Maintenance Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant HVAC certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Specialist, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC safety practices and regulations.
• Personally owned basic hand tools for HVAC work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
