Heights Home Health is lookingfor experienced caregivers that are compassionate with a strong attention todetail. You will be asked to help clients with daily task while also providinga sense of companionship to overall improve the client’s quality of life.

Caregivers will be expected toprovide exceptional service to clients who may be cognitively challenged,chronically ill or disabled by assisting with daily tasks that clients areunable to perform themselves. These tasks include but are not limited toproviding physical assistance with getting in and out of bed, basic hygiene andgrooming routines, housekeeping chores, and providing culinary services for clients.Tasks are based on client’s needs and are subject to change daily.

Caregivers will also be requiredto demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to carefully followprotocols and rules set by company. Caregiver will assess client upon arrivaland throughout shift for any changes in client’s medical condition. Caregivershould also possess the ability to read verbal and nonverbal cues to properlyrespond to emergencies in a timely manner. Any changes in patients physical ormental state as well as any injuries or incidents are to be reported to asupervisor immediately.

BENEFITS: This position offers reimbursement for mileage and drive time on top of hourly pay.

* This position is a PRN position meaning "As needed". Applicants will be required to have a flexible schedule.*

*Applicants must be able toprovide a valid form of identification and pass a criminal background check*

*Applicant will be asked toreview a power point presentation and answers follow up questions to complete applicationprocess. Applicants must score 90% or higher to pass. *
