Heights Dental Care is Hiring an Office Manager Near Dearborn, MI

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Coordinate administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Plan and organize office events and meetings
- Manage human resources functions including employee onboarding and benefits administration
- Ensure phone calls are answered professionally and promptly
- Oversee clerical tasks to maintain a well-organized office environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and administrative duties
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Knowledge of human resources practices is preferred
