Overview:

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Dental Receptionist and be familiar with Eaglesoft or similar front desk systems.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage patient scheduling
- Maintain and manage patient records following HIPAA guidelines
- Handle all front desk duties efficiently including treatment planning, insurance processing & payments.

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
- Knowledge of dental scheduling and record-keeping systems
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
