Heidelberg Materials is Hiring a Sales Associate Near Beaumont, TX
- Responsible for preparing ready mix orders for invoicing, charging credit cards for cash sale orders, preparing daily cash sale packets, entering/maintaining quoted projects in Command Series, and assisting with customer calls.
- Review priced orders report for errors and make necessary corrections in system.
- Review ready mix tickets for additional charges to be added prior to invoicing.
- Process charges for ready mix cash sale orders in CyberSource.
- Prepare ready mix cash sale packets and upload daily.
- Enter and maintain confirmed quotes in Command Series.
- Assist with customer phone calls.
- Clerical assistance as needed.
- Special projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- Experience in an office/administrative setting
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic telephone skills with an outgoing positive personality
- Ability to multitask
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Knowledge of concrete and aggregates a plus
- Knowledge of Command and JWS software a plus
