Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Sales Associate, reporting to Sales Administration Supervisor located in Redmond, WA.

Key Targets of the Role
Responsible for preparing ready mix orders for invoicing, charging credit cards for cash sale orders, preparing daily cash sale packets, entering / maintaining quoted projects in Command Series, and assisting with customer calls.
What You’ll Get to Do
Review priced orders report for errors and make necessary corrections in system.
Review ready mix tickets for additional charges to be added prior to invoicing.
Process charges for ready mix cash sale orders in CyberSource.
Prepare ready mix cash sale packets and upload daily.
Enter and maintain confirmed quotes in Command Series.
Assist with customer phone calls.
Clerical assistance as needed.
Special projects as assigned.
Essential Experience and Skills
High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
Experience in an office / administrative setting
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic math skills
Strong communication skills
Energetic telephone skills with an outgoing positive personality
Ability to multitask
Accuracy and attention to details
Knowledge of concrete and aggregates a plus
Knowledge of Command and JWS software a plus
