Our client, a leading law firm specializing in commercial litigation, is seeking a talented Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience in commercial litigation to further their career in a dynamic legal environment.

Job Description:

As an Attorney specializing in commercial litigation, you will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Managing discovery processes
  • Attending court hearings and trials
  • Providing legal advice and counsel to clients
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar
  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
