Hedger Brothers Concrete is seeking experienced ready mix drivers in the West Memphis area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate regularly with dispatcher
• Ensure a safe work environment while maintaining compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Driver will be assigned loads, report as directed to job site, and complete a work order daily for that job
• Driver is expected to perform daily truck inspections
• Maintain truck logs or time recordings
• Load and secure equipment, as needed
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL Class B driver license
• Clean driving records
• Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record.
• Previous experience driving a heavy haul, dump, end dump, or dump truck and pup
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills to interact at all levels
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
