Hebron Kindercare Learning Centers is Hiring a Preschool Childcare Teacher Near Carrollton, TX

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey. Duties:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, math, and social skills
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their emotional, social, and educational needs are met
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, keeping detailed records of their development
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or achievements
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance
