Job Summary: Encourage business to understand costs and integrate costs into decision making
Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

• Uses advanced analysis skills and strong knowledge to perform Financial Analyst II duties
• Designs and develops analysis processes focused on providing a financial solution
• Serves as a consultant on Accounting / Finance programs, processes, and policies
• Develops / implements performance improvement strategies, continually evaluating project performance
• Performs highly complex analysis of information used to make decisions regarding implementation of strategic programs and changes
• Evaluates / scorecards innovative and strategic programs to measure effectiveness
• Participates in / leads cross-functional / department projects as necessary

Experience and Education preferred

• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience (master's degree a plus; MBA, CPA, CMA, or extensive experience a plus)
• 6 years of experience in retail financial analysis
• Experience successfully working complex issues with senior management utilizing highly developed influencing skills
• Experience applying accounting / finance principles to development of forecasting models, budgeting, and decision model

Physical and Other Requirements

• Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
• Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
• Work extended hours; sit for extended periods
• Visual acuity for working with spreadsheets and detailed documents
