**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, journal entries, and account analysis. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic accounting environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Strong data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Experience with account analysis and reconciliation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
**Previous experience in Logistics Company is a plus.**
