```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Having knowledge about Vape/smoke shop products is definitely a plus!

```Duties```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

```Qualifications```

- The more you know about vapes the better! You have to find the right coils or pods for the right devices and know the difference between regular vape juice and salt nic juices . You will have to show customers how vape devices work and explain the devices functions. Know the size difference between batteries.
- Previous experience in retail sales/ vape shops is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [second language] is a plus
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, etc.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 39 per week
