Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, residential properties, and commercial establishments. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you.

We go to different residential properties daily so transportation is key. You're encourage to have your own supplies as W9 contractors however if you do not, we can reimburse you for supplies that you purchase or we can provide company supplies if necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Provide excellent customer service to guests or residents
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills

Skills:
- Experience in hotel or residential cleaning is a plus
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques is desirable
- Experience in carpet cleaning is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
