- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans for preschool-aged children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide physical education opportunities to promote gross motor skills development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and needs
- Maintain a well-organized and clean classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning atmosphere
- Provide individualized tutoring or support to children who may require additional assistance
```Experience```
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with educational principles and practices for young children
- Ability to educate and engage children in a variety of subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
- Experience working with children with special education needs is a plus
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
