We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Non-Medical Caregivers. This role involves providing essential assistance and companionship to individuals who require support with daily living activities. While no formal degree or prior experience is mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a genuine interest in caregiving and possess relevant skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients by engaging in meaningful conversations, activities, and outings.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including tidying up living spaces, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social gatherings as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental health status to appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or family members.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding towards clients with varying needs and abilities.
• Collaborate effectively with other caregivers, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure the well-being of clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving, hospitality, or customer service roles is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Basic understanding of principles of hygiene, nutrition, and safety.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if required for the position).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to a certain weight limit (if applicable).
• Willingness to undergo background checks and screenings as per regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development in the field of caregiving.
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards helping others in need.
