Exciting Opportunity for Carpet Cleaner (Las Vegas Valley Area)
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a carpet cleaner. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a percentage of all work completed and sales commission, which can vary based on experience. We strive to maintain a positive work environment and are proud of our team of experienced employees.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity to learn valuable skills and potentially advance within the company. The commission structure includes opportunities to increase earnings through tips, selling additional jobs, and acquiring new customers. Leads receive higher commission rates and working solo can result in higher compensation.
While the position may start as full time , there is potential for increased hours, compensation, and responsibility as the company expands. Most of the work is carried out indoors in comfortable conditions. Our services include carpet, tile, grout, natural stone, hardwood floors, upholstery, area rugs, and more.
The schedule typically falls within daytime hours from Monday to Saturday, at times evening work is needed. We are a growing company that encourages professional development and offers opportunities for career advancement. While carpet cleaning experience is valued, we are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a solid employment history.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, social security card, and a working cell phone. Uniform shirts are provided, and individuals are not required to use their own vehicle or cover any expenses.
Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Interested candidates are asked to submit a resume or brief summary of their work history.
