Job Summary:

We are seeking a Porter/Technician Trainee to join our team. The Porter/Technician Trainee will primarily be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in and around the facility, providing support to guests, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure the facility is well-maintained

- Assist with guest services as needed

- Drive vehicles, including manual transmission cars, as required

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

- Shuttle customers as needed

- Assist with hospitality-related tasks to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:

- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

- Prior experience as a Porter or in a similar role is preferred

- Ability to drive various vehicles, including manual transmission cars

- Capability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed

- Ability to understand and comprehend simple, maintenance instructions
