Heather Yuman is Hiring an Admin Assistant/ Repair Coordinator Near Las Vegas, NV

Real Estate office looking for efficient Repair Coordinator. This is an administrative position where you need to coordinate repairs between the owner, tenant and vendor. This position requires a high level of customer service, communication skills, organization skills and be computer efficient. This position is vital to our company success. They must create a positive experience for the tenants and owners.

Job responsibilities:

1- Ensure all repairs are addressed in a timely manner

2- Respond to all repair requests and questions within 24 hours of receiving them.

3- Communicate quickly and efficiently with vendors, tenant and owners through phone calls, email and text.

4-Work with Property Manager to ensure all move-in's are ready for the next tenant.

5- Work with Property Manager to ensure all move-out's are ready for re-list within 14 days of the tenant moving out.

6-Follow up on all repairs to ensure they are completed and invoiced for payment.

7- Must be able to problem solve difficult repairs with owners and Property Manager.

8- Stay calm and give exceptional customer service in high stress environment.

9- Create work orders and manage the process through the computer software system. It is imperative that this employee is very computer efficient and can move through systems with ease.

10- Hold vendors accountable to repair work being done to company standard.

11-Must have general knowledge of property maintenance.

12- Have a positive working attitude and work well with others.

13- Exceptional customer service skills

14- Proven track record of dependability and being at work on time.

This job is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. After your 90 day probation period you are eligible for benefits, which include PTO, medical/dental/vision.'
