ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Agent's Executive Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member with Heather Mccloskey - State Farm Agent, you'll act as our "right hand". You'll assist the agency owners in organizing their time, attention and energy, ensuring the highest value work is prioritized and completed. You'll complete tasks which don't require the agency owners' personal attention and communicate on our behalf.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage agents' inbox and calendar
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Proactively communicate with customers, vendors, community members and other stakeholders
• Manage Social Media content
• Generate and organize agency reports
• Organize offices to ensure optimal placement of supplies for licensed team members
• Manage vendor relationships

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliable and flexible in scheduling and work location (Virtual, Puyallup and University Place)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactively anticipate needs
• Excellent communication skills to assist agent, customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sharing information
