Hearts & Minds Early Learning Center is Hiring a Full Time Floater/Building Closer Near Dayton, TX

Our philosophy is rooted in biblical principles, so rest assured that we will pursue a Proverbs 22:6 mindset. “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Our values are simple:

1. Education: With the families we serve we are responsible for a child’s education and educational readiness. We will do our best to incorporate the most advanced curriculums and teaching practices so that the children we serve are learning at or above the educational standard for their age group.

2. Accountability: As much as we are accountable to the state and our staff, we are also accountable to out families first and formost. The families we serve chose to trust us with their biggest treasures. With that, we are accountable for their emotional and educational care and safety while you are away.

3. Relationships: Without strong, meaningful relationships, life can be hard. We hope that all Hearts & Minds ELC staff can build a positive and healthy relationship with each family, and that we can help your children to build these same kinds of positive and healthy relationships with their peers.

An easy way to remember our values is with the acronym “E.A.R.” Our mission at Hearts & Minds ELC is to partner with families in order to enhance the academic achievement and establish positive character norms for every child we serve.
