The Opportunity:
The Service Partner Recruiter supports service partner managed clients by working to recruit, on-board and manage the risk associated with service partners. This position requires someone with strong relationship building skills along with an appreciation for the clients and service partners to ensure our company provides a high-level service to exceed expectations through solid communication skills. We’re seeking a very well organized, system/automation oriented, embrace a full workload type of person who has fun doing it! Specifically, the Service Partner Coordinator focuses their time on:
Position Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit potential Service Partners for on-boarding.
  • Work to on-board Service Partners referred by Marketing Managers.
  • Work with ProcureSys (3rd party recruiting software) to assist with recruiting by posting opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate with potential Service Partners to assist them in the completion of the on-boarding documentation.
  • Review on-boarding paperwork to ensure it meets Company requirements.
  • Generate Service Partner Master Service agreements.
  • Maintain Service Partner recruiting data pool.
  • Excellent planning / organizational skills; including problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines collaboratively with other team members.
  • Ability to develop and communicate clear, concise, communications.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Key Performance Metrics
The Service Partner Recruiter will be evaluated on the following will be areas of evaluation:
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit potential Service Partners
  • Efficiently process On-boarding paperwork
  • Effective communications with internal team members, OpCo’s and Service Partners
  • Meet Deadlines and deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Work independently with nominal supervision.
  • Manage current data pools for both licenses and Service Partners information.

  • 2 years of vendor sourcing and management related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and communicate clear, concise, communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic contracting principles.
  • Familiarity with commercial insurance Certificate of Insurance forms
  • Driven to meet goals of position, team, and company, by working independently and as an effective team member.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to project professionalism and courtesy even in difficult situations.
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing priorities.
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, reliability and flexible enough to work varying hours to meet the needs of the company.
