Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Endoscopy Technician to join our medical team. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting with endoscopic procedures and providing support to the medical staff. Your expertise in aseptic technique, anatomy knowledge, and medical imaging will be essential in ensuring the safety and efficiency of procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare endoscopy equipment and instruments for procedures
- Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide comfort and support
- Maintain a sterile environment during procedures
- Clean and disinfect endoscopy equipment and instruments
- Document patient information, procedure details, and any complications that may arise
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth workflow and patient care

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited Endoscopy Technician program preferred
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology
- Experience with medical imaging technologies such as sonography, CT, PET scan, mammography, and X-ray is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
