Heartland Health Centers is Hiring a Dentist Near Hastings, NE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Heartland Health Center is opening a clinic in Hastings, NE, and recruiting for a dentist to join our team! The Dentist provides complete dental care to patients, including preventative care, education, and required dental treatments. Heartland Heath center has a HPSA score of 14 and may have the potential to qualify for student loan repayment programs. Our Dental Clinic is open M-F with no nights or weekends.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and has an unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of NE.
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred
  • Knowledge of public health principles and practices preferred
  • Knowledge of the principles and practice of modern dentistry as related to public health organizations and community health programs as well as current social and economic problems pertaining to public health and their impact on health care.
  • Demonstrated professional commitment to providing services to medically under-served persons
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, office management system software, and Electronic Health Systems
  • Adequate vision, sight, speech and hearing to meet core duties of the position. Ability to reach, stoop, walk and lift 25 pounds.
