Office Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Handle employee records, including payroll, benefits, and attendance tracking
- Handle payables and manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate invoicing and posting of receipts
- Perform collections on past due accounts
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist customer service staff during peak periods
Skills:
- Proficient in payroll processing and clerical tasks
- Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files accurately
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing office operations, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
