• JOB SUMMARY:
  As a Marketing Specialist at Heartland Country Village, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive growth. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, analyze market trends, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics

REQUIREMENTS

• RN or LPN Preferred or experience in Admissions and Marketing in the healthcare field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in a marketing role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills
