Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts costs
- Schedule appointments and manage work orders
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service advisor role or similar position preferred
- Knowledge of tire service, diesel engine repair, auto body repair, suspension, air brake, brake repair, shocks/struts, oil change, and alignment procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
