Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Heartland Bank located in Fort Mitchell, KY. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, assisting with customer service, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. They will also be involved in business development and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
