Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, maintenance management, and possess leadership qualities to lead a team effectively. Duties: - Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation of the facility - Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs - Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet operational needs - Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly - Oversee equipment repairs and installations - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory Experience: - Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, low voltage systems, and industrial maintenance practices - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience supervising a team of maintenance technicians - Excellent leadership and communication skills Preferred Skills: - Project management - Maintenance management - HVAC - Industrial maintenance - CMMS - Low voltage systems - Supervisory experience - Leadership skills - Electrical knowledge This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and the opportunity to lead a dynamic maintenance team in a fast-paced environment.
