Position Description: Responsible for the accurate and timely distribution and documentation of medication for residents in accordance with each resident’s physician’s orders and applicable regulations. Assist residents in maintaining their total wellbeing by following the established Plan of Care, providing assistance with activities of daily living, social activities, dietary assistance, and Hearth's Live More philosophy.

Education/Training/ Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience providing care to the elderly population strongly encouraged.
