The team you work with will be highly skilled and trained. the products and company you represent are best-in-class
- Complete loaded shipments: verifies back ordered product is not in stock, verifies "on hold" product has not been loaded, codes actual back ordered product with a reason code, completes sales order information with carrier, PRO # and date, prints bills of lading, and files shipped product paperwork
- Answer incoming calls: driving directions, pick up times, product availability, order expedites, member sales, etc.
- Run various reports for order picking and parts locations
- Sign for inbound loads and directs drivers to the correct dock door or trailer drop off location.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task; must manage multiple priorities/tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- 1-2 years of working in a shipping/receiving department preferred
- Experience with cycle counting, bar coding, computerized pick lists and computerized inventory environment a plus
