Essential functions of the GSRP Assistant Teacher are -Ensures overall safety of children -Develop and implement daily lesson plans based on individual student’s needs and interests -Implement High Scope curriculum, philosophy, and assessment tools -Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures -Attend company / school meetings -Complete home visits and parent teacher conferences for students -Ensure the classroom is engaging and developmentally age appropriate -Ensure cleaning tasks are completed -Physically able to lift 15 pounds Requirements : -Background Check (conducted by Heartfelt Impressions) -Must have CDA or equivalent -Willing to complete onboarding trainings to meet licensing requirements -Reliable transportation -Must be 18 years or older Shift Details / Pay Rate : Full Time (8-5pm) Monday through Friday $15- $20 per hour* *pay rate will be based on experience, education, current employment status and / or years of service Benefits : Health, vision, dental, and Aflac Supplemental Insurance Summer's Off Salary increases annually* Free breakfast, lunch, and snacks Birthday benefits Paid Planning Time Childcare discount Referral bonuses Paid professional development 401K with company match Paid time off- including the entire week between Christmas and New Year’s
