CNA Job Description
•Bathing Assistance
•Toileting Assistance
•Assistance with ADLs (Activities of daily living)
•Meal Preparation
•Transfer/Mobility Assistance
•Medication Reminders
•Light Housekeeping (linen changes, laundry, dishes, sweep, mop)
•Cleaning Kitchen and Bathroom
•Shopping, errands, and transportation

• Personal Supervision
• Assist client with ROM

Requirements:
•Must be 18 years or older (maturity is a must)
•Driver's license and social security Card or government issued ID
•Reliable transportation
•Ability to pass a background check
•CPR/First Aid certified
•Proof of negative TB test within in last 12 months (preferred)
•Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn
*Must have basic training in assisting using a Hoyer lift/slide board

• Must be willing to work 1 WEEKEND PER MONTH
