Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking Bilingual English/Spanish speaking registered nurses to join our expanding Licensed Home Care Agency RN Team providing services in the NYC metro area predominantly Bronx.

Requirements:

• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• 1 year of home care experience (Preferred).
• Proficiency in assessing patients.
• Must be willing to conduct in-home patient assessment visits within the metro area.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Must have COVID vaccination.

$100,000-$125,000/YR
