Heart to Heart is looking for exceptional office staff to provide support to staff and clients as needed. Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department as needed. Greet and assist any person visiting the office.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department as needed.

2. Greet and assist visiting employees or applicants.

3. Assist the assigned department with all assigned tasks.

4. Assist with each department with filing, answering calls.

5. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.

6. Complete other assignments and projects as requested and assigned.

7. Perform other duties as required.

EDUCATION OR TRAINING REQUIRED:

High school education.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to read twelve point or larger type.

• Must be able to lift, stoop and bend effectively so as to be able to perform the above listed job functions.

• Must be able to hear adequately with no more than an amplifier on the phone and speak in a manner understood by most persons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
