Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking Bilingual English/Spanish speaking registered nurses to provide administrative support in our Brooklyn office.

Responsibilities:

• Records & reports observations.
• Conducts telephone follow-ups.
• Proficiency in assessing patients.
• Performs other related functions as requested by the supervising nurse within the scope of practice and related experience.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
• Performs other job related duties as may be required or directed by the nursing supervisor.
• Perform audits with proficiency.

Requirements:

• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
