Position Overview

Heart of Georgia Hospice is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Case Manager position. The Case Manager provides care & comfort to patients in their homes on their hospice journey. A compassionate personality, exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills are necessary for this position. This role requires a minimum of one year of Hospice experience, current RN licensure for the state of Georgia, and a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
