So what am I going to be doing on a daily basis?

Under general supervision, oversee daily warehouse operations, parts ordering, delivery of parts, staffing, attendance, time tracking and other leadership duties.

• Maintains warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and relocating product.
• Maintains warehouse staff by assisting with recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and following up on work results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• You will efficiently dispatch delivery drivers for vendor pickups and deliveries to job-sites.
• Receive and verify product against packing slip or invoice for incoming deliveries to the warehouse. 
• Stock incoming equipment and materials and pull orders for outbound deliveries.
• Receive purchase orders and process material from material request forms.
• Organize product returns and exchanges with needed paperwork.
• Log all incoming and outbound asset inventory into database when assets are issued or returned to the warehouse. 
• Cycle count inventory and assign or change product location and labels.
• Place purchase orders for restocking the warehouse and for job-site equipment, materials and parts to be delivered today and the future.
• Working with supply house on consignment inventory to make sure that the shop has all standard stock installation and service parts.
• Stock and replenish trucks with parts and supplies. 
• Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
• Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.
• Must have at least a working knowledge of the Heart service area street / interstate system.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a supervisory role required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS /WORKING CONDITIONS

• Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions. Exposure to extreme temperatures, both hot and cold for periods of time.
• Position will require travel to customer job locations.
• Regular lifting of parts and equipment up to 50 pounds. Occasional lifting up to and in excess of 75 pounds.
• Warehouse staff may experience extended sitting, frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer workstation.
• Warehouse staff may experience a warehouse environment with moderate noise level due to representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity.
• Dress code is the Heart company uniform as assigned
