Hearst Media Services is Hiring a Shipping/Receiving Near Big Rapids, MI
- Unload paper rolls and stack in warehouse with clamp truck
- Unload skids of materials and stack onto skid racks in designated areas
- Load skids onto vans & trucks
- Wrap and band outgoing skids on skid wrapper
- Take samples of printed materials received and date products for insertion date
- Unload Ups/FedX boxes by hand
- Order supplies for warehouse and vehicle fleet
- Track and schedule vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload paper from stored paper at other location
- Help with scrap management at the plant and bindery
- Deliver/Pickup printed material on skids to Bindery across town using 26 ft box truck.
- Keep warehouse area organized and clean
- Help with light building maintenance
- Keep Forklift and Clamp truck batteries filled and charged
- Change ink totes
- Help in other areas of production if understaffed
- Make deliveries if needed
- Stage skids for next day production
