HearNow ENT Tinnitus & Balance is Hiring a Marketing Representative - Full Time Near Irving, TX

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and positive individual as a Marketing Representative to join our brand new ENT practice in Irving, Texas. Candidates will be expected to have excellent communication skills and the utmost professionalism. A willingness to learn and mold in this ever changing field of healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Providers and services.
  • Travel to practices and target areas to market material to physicians, physician groups and law firms.
  • Set up and participate in meetings between our providers and other marketing representatives or decision makers of potential patient referral sources (medical practices and law firms)
  • Promoting the ENT practice and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends.
  • Order marketing materials as approved by management.
  • Analyze campaign performances using analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and manager social media accounts to enhance brand presence and engage with clients/physicians.
  • Communicate with the CEO on a daily basis.
  • Keep detailed records of travel sites and information collected.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and willing to travel throughout North Texas.
  • Flexible schedule required: ability to attend business functions outside of regular business hours
  • Proficiency in social media marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word/Excel) and Google programs (Docs, sheets, etc).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
