REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of prior sales experience in a residential, home-services, or customer-facing sales environment
• Competitive, ambitious, and eager attitude to achieve sales goals and commission targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Hearn's sales process and environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

As our HVAC Project Manager, you'll take the lead in contacting potential clients, working around 4-7 sales opportunities per week as part-time and 10-12 sales opportunities each week as full-time. Most of your time will be spent in the field, meeting clients, understanding their HVAC needs, and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements and budget. Utilizing our advanced sales/service software, you'll efficiently manage records and build lasting customer relationships, making every day a rewarding experience.
