Responsibilities:
- Warm Patient Welcome: Create a friendly and professional environment as the first point of contact.
- Efficient Check-In: Manage patient arrivals, verifying insurance, and handling payments.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address patient needs empathetically and attentively.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to ensure office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Insurance Coordination: Verify and collect insurance coverage details.
Requirements:
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Desired: Fluent in Spanish
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 Noon
