Weekend Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee and manage weekend operations in a healthcare facility
- Ensure compliance with standards and protocols for various departments, including sonography, sterile processing, laboratory, pain management, and occupational health
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to maintain effective communication and coordination across departments
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and implementing necessary training or corrective actions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in healthcare operations, including sonography, eClinicalWorks, sterile processing, laboratory procedures, pain management, and occupational health
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with standards and protocols
