About the role

As a Senior CRM Manager (f/m/x) you will contribute to drive our CRM strategy and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to boost our company’s market presence. Additionally, you will work actively to increase overall customer engagement and further innovate our customer journey. We’re looking for someone who is extremely customer-focused and interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our goal is to establish CRM as the sole largest marketing channel by growing it to 50% of our total business in terms of revenue share. It's an exciting time to join our team and help us make it happen!

Your responsibilities

  • Developing and executing our customer activation strategy covering all touchpoints with our customers across Europe
  • Owning initiatives to break down our customer database into relevant customer segments 
  • Conception, development & support of CRM activities in Europe for SMS, Email, Direct Mail and Push notifications
  • Own all channel-relevant KPIs to establish CRM as the sole largest Marketing channel 
  • Development and implementation of a loyalty strategy for customers after completion of their first purchase
  • Analysis of the current campaign setup/process and development of possibilities for further automation within the CRM channel
  • Develop and implement scalable and innovative processes that positively impact our KPIs and thus increase the relevance of our campaigns
  • Ensure servicing our customers in the most personalized way and define the highest quality of content, design and narrative to truly add value

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in CRM, Customer Relations, Customer Engagement, Acquisition/Retention Management or Customer Success Management in a consumer-focused environment
  • Experiences in steering channels based on relevant channel KPIs
  • Solid analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strong urge to drive innovation
  • Experience building target group-specific communication strategies and ability to optimize copy and design accordingly
  • A goal-oriented mindset with strong numerical skills
  • Ideally, experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM system
  • Fluency in German and English
