Key Shift Details…

• Commit to a 40-hour workweek
• Availability required for a 4-6 hour Sunday shift starting at 10 am EST
• Supplement your Sunday hours with an additional 2-4 hours on designated days off or distributed across the remaining 4 workdays (e.g. 9-hour days).
• Tailor your schedule with one to two days off per week based on your preference
• Commitment to a 90-day training period
• Weekend shifts commence in the third week, and working from home on Sunday is an option for Denver-based executives
• We set up your home office! (Laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, etc.)

During a typical day, you will...

• Handle a high volume of outbound calls. Warm Leads, No Cold Calling
• Develop individual solutions based on the hearing needs of our customers
• Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
• Schedule appointments with customers and our partner providers.
• Support our customers during their 45-day trial until they are 100% happy with their devices

Good to Know…

• Average earnings after training are $75K-$80K; $48,256 Fixed Base Salary & Uncapped Commission. Top Account Executives earn 100K
• Hybrid Schedule for Denver hires:
• Three Days in the office and two days WFH

• Strong sales skills over the phone
• Powerful work ethics and a growth mindset
• Ability to handle stress while moving multiple tasks simultaneously
• Great empathy with solution driven sales experience
• Previous Retail or Restaurant experience a plus
