Duties:
- Executes construction schedule by coordinating and managing all sub-contractor labor
- Oversees day to day construction activities, onsite shipping and receiving, along with ongoing safety and quality inspections
- Communicates daily with project managers, project design teams, architects, clients, and building inspectors
- Responsible for holding weekly onsite health and safety meetings, promoting an accident free work site
- Daily submission of project status reports and daily job site photos, along with weekly status updates
Requirements:
- Ability to read blue prints and specifications
- Knowledge of MEP building systems
- Proficient in Microsoft office
Preferred:
- 5 years or relevant construction experience
