Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Requirements:
- First aid and CPR certification
- Experience or training in caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with social work principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a nursing home or home care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision

Skills:
- Proficient in providing patient care and assistance
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and recording
- Experience in meal preparation according to dietary requirements
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Understanding of personal care techniques for individuals with specific needs
