Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.
- Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
- Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program.
- Regularly communicates with management regarding the program’s status and any problems or potential problems.
- Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
- Develops and delivers presentations; directs public training and discussions in a variety of settings.
- Represents the organization in programmatic activities involving external partners and programs.
- Contributes content for grant proposals; writes grant reports.
- Provides strategic leadership, project management, and scheduled reports for programmatic activities, including, but not limited to, grant-funded programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong understanding of the HIV therapeutic areas and the current marketplace.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the HIV clinical environment and advocacy space.
- Solid knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and telehealth integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- At least three years of related experience required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
