The physical therapy assistant provides physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapist and according to the physician’s plan of care.

Your coverage area will include: Bend, OR and 60 mile radius
Pay Per Visit Rate: Starting at $45 plus Hourly NVA Rat starting at $32 per hour , DOE

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate’s degree in science or applied science which is approved by American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current certification or license as required by state law.
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
